Site analytics

We use privacy-preserving web analytics that do not set cookies and do not collect personally identifying information.

Call tracking

Phone numbers route through our affiliate network partner. Call duration, originating area code, and (sometimes) recording are captured for quality assurance. The lead passes to the independent licensed electrician handling your dispatch.

Nevada one-party consent

Nevada is a one-party consent state for call recording under NRS 200.620. Only one party to a telephone call must consent to recording. The affiliate network's dispatcher may record calls for quality assurance; consent is provided by the network party to the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, you may request that recording be stopped at call connection.

What we don't collect

We do not operate user accounts, do not store your name, address, or contact details server-side, and do not sell your information to third parties for advertising.
